Koole is a dynamic company consisting of four divisions with different specialism, with a variety of specialism and worldwide projects in the Industrial and Maritime sector, including the complete demolition/dismantling of plants and installations and salvage and dismantling of maritime vessels and objects. Thanks to our pragmatic hands-on mentality, the company has been undergoing substantial growth for years, which is why we are now looking for a new colleague.
Responsibilities
- Leading a young and driven team
- Monitor all processes to ensure the quality of both internal and operational matters.
- General cost monitoring
- Maintain and expand customer contacts.
- Oversee Koole Contractors’ high standards of order, cleanliness and safety.
- Getting work done as effectively and efficiently as possible
- Liaise with clients
- Ensure that project records are properly maintained and submitted.
In addition to these tasks, you will also ensure that the employees around you develop through your experience and knowledge.
Skill & Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the same or similar industry
- Strong social skills to support our clients with their questions and provide appropriate solutions.
- Knowledge in security/acquisition and leadership role.
- View of order and cleanliness
- Possession of driving license B
- Living in the Duisburg area
- No 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. mentality
