Job description
You’re seeking an engaging position where you’ll oversee the seamless initiation, progression, and orchestration of diverse projects within industrial demolition.
Responsibilities
- Creating estimates for both existing and potential clients
- Initiating, managing and coordinating various projects within industrial demolition
- Efficiently strategize and supervise workers across multiple locations, ensuring they have access to appropriate materials
- You are accountable for time management, quality control, and safety at the construction sites
- Being the main point of contact for clients and participating in site meetings
- Providing regular reports to the Managing Director and engaging in decision-making processes concerning ongoing projects
Skill & Experience
- Ideally, possessing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent expertise gained through hands-on experience
- Familiarity with materials and hands-on experience with various demolition execution techniques is advantageous
- Dynamic, motivated and stress-resistant with a practical attitude
- Excellent communication skills and ability to switch effectively between yard and office
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Drivers license B
- VCA vol certificate
