About the job
As a Project Manager at Koole, you are fully responsible for the execution of multiple projects from start to finish. You lead, plan, and organise project operations, ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. You work closely with foremen, clients, and subcontractors across various project sites and serve as a role model in Leadership, safety, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Managing multiple foremen across different projects
- Ensuring Koole’s high standards for cleanliness, order, and safety are met
- Taking full responsibility for one or more projects, depending on scope and size
- Ensuring effective and efficient execution of all project activities
- Maintaining regular contact with clients and project stakeholders
- Keeping project administration accurate and up to date
- Sharing your knowledge and experience to support the development of your team
Skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Administrative accuracy and detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive and hands-on work attitude
What you bring
- Leadership skills and fluency in Dutch (written and spoken)
- A valid Category B driving license
- VCA certificate — or willingness to obtain one
