As HR Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and professionalizing the HR department. You’ll bring structure to a dynamic environment, translating the company’s ambitions into clear policies and practical processes.
You will act as both strategist and builder, ensuring that HR supports the business at every level.Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a clear HR framework and policies
- Updating the employee handbook and creating new procedures
- Building a transparent job structure and defining role profiles
- Selecting and implementing a new HR system
- Advising management and leadership on strategic and tactical HR matters
- Driving company culture, talent development, and sustainable employability
- Establish and professionalize all core HR processes and systems
- Develop and maintain up-to-date HR policies and documentation
- Provide strategic advice to management on people, performance, and organization
- Support and guide leaders in talent management and employee development
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture
Skills
- Strong strategic insight combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
- Excellent communication, advisory, and influencing skills
- Ability to build structure in a growing, fast-paced organization
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with attention to detail
What you bring
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Proven experience in setting up or professionalizing HR departments and systems
- Strong advisory and change management skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
