Are you commercially minded, energetic, and not afraid to pick up the phone? Do you get excited about customer contact, acquisition, and bringing in new business? Then we are looking for you.
For our office in Vijfhuizen, we are looking for a Commercial Inside Sales Employee with a proactive attitude and a strong dose of enthusiasm. Someone who easily connects with people, recognizes opportunities, and takes action.
You will maintain relationships with existing clients while actively searching for new commercial opportunities. You are presentable, communicative, and know how to build relationships naturally.
You will work closely with project managers and management and act as an important link between the client and the organization.
Responsibilities
- Managing incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Actively engaging in cold and warm acquisition
- Approaching potential clients and turning commercial opportunities into concrete meetings and assignments
- Supporting the preparation and follow-up of quotations
- Building strong and long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients
- Accurately registering customer information and sales activities in the CRM system
- Actively contributing ideas for commercial actions and new market opportunities
- Working closely with project managers and management to successfully complete commercial processes
What you bring

- You are social, communicative, and not afraid to take initiative
- Persistence and a results-driven mentality
- You see opportunities and have a hands-on attitude
- Experience in sales is not required – motivation and eagerness to learn are more important to us
- Diplomas are less important to us than commitment, personality, and enthusiasm
- Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
- Experience in the construction, industrial, or technical sector is a plus
