  • About the role

    Are you commercially minded and do you feel at home in a technical environment?
    At Koole, we are looking for a Technical Commercial Manager who will help drive the commercial activities in Belgium and act as a link between clients, project managers and management. You will be given responsibility, room for initiative, and you will work closely with colleagues in both Belgium and the Netherlands.

  • Responsibilities

    • Managing incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels
    • Actively prospecting new clients and commercial opportunities
    • Supporting the preparation and follow-up of quotations, in consultation with the Project Manager or Managing Director
    • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
    • Accurately registering customer data and sales activities in the CRM system
    • Contributing to the development and execution of commercial actions
  • What you bring

    • A bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • A structured way of working with attention to detail
    • The ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities
    • Flexibility: you are responsible for sales in Belgium and occasionally work in the Netherlands
    • Experience in the construction sector is a plus
    • Good knowledge of MS Office
    • Fluency in Dutch and French
