  • About the Job

    As an QHSE Administrative Assistant, you will be part of an enthusiastic and dedicated Health, Safety, Environment & Quality team.
    Together, you ensure that our projects are executed safely, responsibly, and in full compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

    Your work will be diverse and dynamic, one day you’ll be conducting workplace inspections, and the next you might be supporting toolbox meetings, handling documentation, or helping improve internal processes. You’ll split your time between our office and various project sites across our client base.

  • Responsibilities

    • Support and participate in workplace inspections and safety checks
    • Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, such as HSE plans, helping with the development and conducting of safety meetings, various records, and supplier lists
    • Contribute ideas for process and performance improvements
    • Maintain and update management systems and internal procedures
    • Prepare and participate in toolbox meetings and safety briefings
    • Support the analysis of incidents, near-misses, risk assessments, and trend evaluations
    • Ensure all data in our management systems remains accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with evolving laws, standards, and procedures
