About the role
As an industrial cleaning foreman, you are the link between the office, the client, and the worksite. You make sure plans become reality. Is the job turning out differently than expected? You arrange what’s needed, adjust the planning, and keep the team moving. You’re in control, that’s what makes you a supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Create work plans and arrange materials with the warehouse
- Independently start and supervise projects
- Maintain contact with the team on site, you give trust and earn it back
- Manage equipment and make decisions when the situation changes
- Coordinate with the project manager and communicate with clients and suppliers
What you bring
- Experience in industrial cleaning or similar technical work
- Driver’s license B and C + Code 95
- SIR HDO and DVM certifications (or willing to obtain them through us)
- Strong communication skills, you speak the language of both the worksite and the client
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
- A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to stay calm under pressure
