About the role
As a Foreman, you are responsible for supervising operational staff on-site during demolition and remediation projects, including asbestos removal. You divide tasks, oversee execution, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations. You work closely with the Project Manager and serve as the point of contact for subcontractors, clients, and inspectors.
Your responsibilities include, among others:
Determining the appropriate working method in consultation with the Project Manager
Ordering materials, equipment, and personnel
Providing instructions on safe working and environmental care
Inspecting equipment on-site and carrying out checks
Supervising operational staff on the work floor
Maintaining administrative records and monitoring the planningResponsibilities
- You are responsible for the safe and correct execution of the work
- You ensure compliance with procedures as outlined in the KAM manual
- You prevent environmental damage and safeguard the health of your team
- You are authorized to halt work in case of irregularities

What you bring
- Leadership qualities and good command of the Dutch language (spoken and written)
- Valid category B driver’s license
- Basic VCA certificate (or willing to obtain it)
