About the role
Are you commercially minded and do you feel at home in a technical environment?
At Koole, we are looking for a Technical Commercial Manager who will help drive the commercial activities in Belgium and act as a link between clients, project managers and management. You will be given responsibility, room for initiative, and you will work closely with colleagues in both Belgium and the Netherlands.Responsibilities
- Managing incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels
- Actively prospecting new clients and commercial opportunities
- Supporting the preparation and follow-up of quotations, in consultation with the Project Manager or Managing Director
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
- Accurately registering customer data and sales activities in the CRM system
- Contributing to the development and execution of commercial actions
What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A structured way of working with attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities
- Flexibility: you are responsible for sales in Belgium and occasionally work in the Netherlands
- Experience in the construction sector is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluency in Dutch and French
